[ Feature ] Add Steam tags to Genres

Having Steam tags treated as genres might be useful for searching purposes. For example, “city builder” is not a genre per se, but can be useful for searching more niche genres.

IGDB genres are very poor for modern gaming, so, scraping and adding the steam tags to games can be useful for searching and categorizing games.

But I also think that it must be clear that the tags and the genres are not the same, and the tags are user generated and user assigned on Steam.
