[ Request ] Self hosting

Thinking about this, i want to add some thoughts:
- Self hosted version should be installable via docker composer.
- The backend should be backed into nuxt as well
- DB engine could be sqlite, no issues here.
- The cloud backups logic should be moved to the backend instead of supabase
